Humans who are curious.

We work well with researchers coming from epidemiology, biostatistics, computer science, clinical informatics or pharmacy. Most projects involve electronic health records, claims or clinical notes at population scale, and sometimes omics data. Some R or Python helps. An interest in causal inference, target trial emulation, or what modern machine learning and language models can do with clinical text is the cherry on top.

You don’t need all of that. Most of it gets learned on the way, and a good question matters more to us than a matching CV. If you’re unsure whether you’d fit, treat that uncertainty as weak evidence in favour of writing.

A short paragraph about what you’re curious about is plenty. Please don’t hesitate. Cold emails are powerful, and in our experience the effect is causal.
